profile form including details of previous treatments and

Etiquette
To ensure Skin Alive provides a relaxing environment for all clients, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum and mobile phones are switched off before entering the clinic.

You will need to book an appointment in advance.
Cancellations
24 hours notice is required on all cancellations.
Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will incure
a 50% charge of the treatment booked.
For treatments over $100, credit card details are required
at the time of booking.
